But not all the confusion gets cleared for me regarding the survey process. For example, X marks Option 1 as 'Disagree' and Option 2 as 'Strongly Disagree'. The score points for 'Disagree' is -1 and 'Strongly Disagree' is -2. Will the report say, 'X prefers Option 1 over Option 2', just because mathematically -1 is greater than -2?
Please pardon my lack of understanding of reporting formats, as I could not find the information on how the result of this survey will be interpreted and presented to the board.
