The point is that these people can find and produce information that they
otherwise couldn't.
For example, an article about
http://eo.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tombofosto exists
in Esperanto, French and Serbian Wikipedia. Someone who knows Chinese and
Esperanto, Spanish and Esperanto or Arabian and Esperanto is able to read
it, despite the fact that the article does not exists in Chinese, Spanish or
Arabian.
