You probably shouldn't have told everyone on this mailing list not to buy peerpedia.net. Someone registered it, and it's active now.
The registration was today, so it might take 48 hours or so until it's active Internet-wide.
It's a private registration: http://who.godaddy.com/WhoIs.aspx?domain=peerpedia.net&prog_id=godaddy

Hoi, Open source means for me software. Software pure and simple. Wikipedia is NOT Open Source, MediaWiki is Open Source. Wikipedia is Open Content.
yes and wikimedia needs an open search engine. I do not represent yacy development, but want to suggest to use it to make wikipedia open source engine.
There is a procedure for suggesting new projects.. I suggest you follow that one.
I will do it in a few days here: Proposal for P2 (peerpedia) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:WikiProject_P2-search_peerpedia
(peerpedia.net is free atm and I kill the person registering it, if not from wikifoundation or donating it to it!!)
Thanks, GerardM
