Not really. China is doing just fine with Big Mamas supplied by
countries that pretend to be critical about the uses of same. Any system
that pretends to rely on a consistent mechanism can be taken over and
abused. if it is completely independent of choise, it is not culturally neutral.
If it pretends to be "personal" it is inherently "middle man reliant"
and just
won't prevent abuse.
Sigh. There appear to be people here arguing about abtruse theoretical
issues and ignoring the big white elephant of it having to work in the real
world.
