A wonderful precedent for other approaches to press agencies--it will
perhaps work best for those agencies that have an appropriate
special concern for the area or subject.

I'm pretty technical, but if someone better with video wants to help convert
it to ogg theora format and get it uploaded to Commons, that would be
awesome.
