Legal question. Can a DSO for a 501 c 3 be an overseas
organization?
Probably not!
Even for a de facto successor organisation (i.e., a successful fork),
some countries are better than others. The UK is *horrible* - I would
never want to run a wiki hosted here. NL is pretty good, actually,
even if hosting fees are horrible. Etc.
