Do we have any tool which could count amonut of diffrent monuments, taken by uploader during a competition? And our jury members have another question - do we have a tool in Commons which allow to download all the photos from a certain category, or, even better, from a certain list of files?

Sorry for the late response. I needed the db to load the full upload list.
Investigatio uploaded 2004 photos, being the most prolific Ucranian uploader. However, he "only" photographed 587 different monuments, being beaten by Віктор (688 monuments).
If we look at the presence of those identifiers in the lists, Investigatio has one monument with a "bad" id (Crimea Sevastopol Istorychny boulevard Memorial complex-60.jpg, id 85-000-0057), but Віктор has 364 of them [1], lowering his count of "good ones" to 382 (#3).
This kind of information is available for each country at http://toolserver.org/~platonides/wlm/users.php

Why it is bad? I don't know why it wasn't loaded. It isn't present in the database:

I made it use POST on purpose, since those queries are a bit expensive, and I didn't want the app to be used more than needed.
You can use GET parameters to provide the defaults, though: http://toolserver.org/~platonides/wlm/users.php?country=ua&mode=photos

One more question - how quickly the results could be updated? Our participants mention that they fix incorrect ID`s but this have no effect for results of "by number of different listed identifiers" statistics. What should I answer them?
