Yes, given the lack of freedom of panorama in Italy I* personally suggest you, as a foreigner, to put aside WLM and 1) avoid recent stuff of course for copyright reasons, 2) disregard the non-copyright restrictions, cross the border with all your precious treasures and immediately upload to Commons, laughing at the ministry.
