I think http://tools.wmflabs.org/catscan2/quick_intersection.php is the answer to your prayers ;-) you'll have to do the calculation 50 times perhaps, but it should do the trick.

By the way, when do you plan to have the results? Will they be there before the end of November? In that case we can still include them in the Jury Report as one of the Special Awards.
