I am trying to contact the participants of Wiki Loves Monument Switzerland but after 5 emails I receive this message:
Action throttled As an anti-spam measure, you are limited from performing this action too many times in a short space of time, and you have exceeded this limit. Please try again in a few minutes.
It means that I can contact 5 members per day... very few.
Is there the possibility to increase this number?

You should give more details about how you are contacting them and what the source of the error msg is.

It's wiki mail.
Solution: You need the "noratelimit" user right. On the German Wikipedia it would help to get promoted to the "accountcreator" user group.
