Hello everyone,
The Wiki Loves Monuments International Team would like to invite you to an office hour on May 26 @ 3:00 pm UTC. This hour is open to anyone interested in Wiki Loves Monuments, including past and future organizers, and participants.
For this month, the primary topic will be to discuss and collect feedback on the newcomer's guide to WLM. With the surveys, the International Team has been receiving feedback that there is not a place for first-time participants (who are also new to Wikimedia) to read about participating in the competition. Last month we got on board a designer to work with us to design a friendly guide for first-time participants. Here is the first draft of the wireframe: https://xd.adobe.com/view/03bd18ac-99e5-420f-976b-ad2fe5b543d9-56ee/. We will use this office hour to collect feedback from community members and national organizers regarding a strategy to implement this for various national competitions. You can also share your specific feedback related to the design directly on the link above.
The meeting details are as follows:
- July 23 @ 3:00 pm UTC (https://zonestamp.toolforge.org/1627052415) - On Google Meet: https://meet.google.com/yaa-keho-nva | click here to add this to your Google Calendar https://calendar.google.com/event?action=TEMPLATE&tmeid=Mmg3NmpuNDFoMDA3YWtsYjQ1Z2ViZ2FobDEga2N2ZWxhZ2FAbQ&tmsrc=kcvelaga%40gmail.com - Agenda/Notes: https://etherpad.wikimedia.org/p/WLM-2021-May
