If you need funding for your local Wiki Loves Monuments contest, there are two grants opportunities from the Wikimedia Foundation:

1. Rapid Grants for budgets under 2,000 USD. Applications accepted at any time. https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Grants:Project/Rapid

2. Project & Event Grants (PEG) for budgets over 2,000 USD. *Applications due by June 30th. *https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Grants:PEG

Open call for the new Project Grants program launches July 1st https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Grants:IdeaLab/Reimagining_WMF_grants/Implementation, with grants awarded in October. This will be too late for this year's WLM so please be sure to apply for a Rapid Grant or PEG if needed!
