Dear Maarten, I don't know if Switzerland will participate this year. The list of monuments is the same of last year but we can add the official monuments of category B which have been updated recently.
At the moment I just have the English version of the lists in the big database. I would love to have the French, German and maybe even Italian versions in these lists in the database and of course both categories. See for example the following pages: * https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liste_der_Kulturg%C3%BCter_von_nationaler_Bede... * https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_cultural_property_of_national_signific... * https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liste_des_biens_culturels_d%27importance_natio...
Only the lists in English are in a format I can use to put it in the database (structured lists), but for a lot entries the identifier is missing. I'm currently using the KGS_nr from http://kgs-gis.admin.ch/?lang=de as identifier. To have everything in the database these lists need to be converted to the structured format and the identifier needs to be added. Especially the second step is quite some work. Maybe someone is in touch with the agency so we can the information in an easier format? I have some experience in automagically converting lists and adding identifiers from my little NRHP project, but for that I need a good database I can use to base things on
Until when the database can be upated?
Anytime. The sooner, the better though.
Maarten

Yes, the first one is simple to do, after someone creates the templates (I'm not sure which name would be most appropiate there), it can be converted quite fast. The entries show a good structure, with one entry per line. Maybe Voyager, Pakeha, Ludo29 or WWHenderson20 are on this list?
