a) This tool http://stats.wikilovesmonuments.cl/?pais=switzerland monitors until the 30 september. The Swiss contest ends the 8th October, so we miss 8 days b) We have not received any access to the jury tool
I don't know the exact persons in charge, so I address it to the mailing list.

I'm the maintainer of stats.wikilovesmonuments.cl. The tool works with Emijrp file, so if he stops the file generation process, my tool will not work.
There are a few reported issues related with ampersand and double quote, so I'll try to work today to repair it.
