main issue is I don't want to use api for ~48000 photos, that will take some time. I just want whole Polish db in one file. Frankly I only need columns 'id' and 'adm*', so it's something like:

SELECT *id, adm1, adm2, adm3, adm4* FROM *monuments_pl_(pl)*;

Can you point me directly how can I execute this query?

Hi Pawel,

I don't think you need database access for that. You (or anyone) can access it through the API, or even use the query option. See for more information https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Monuments_database .
