Hi all,
There is a Flickr group organized to take photos of Guatemala City, Guatemala. The challenge is that we're not sure if we have list of monuments for Guatemala, or at least Guatemala City. The walk is organized for the 24th of September, so we have a bit of time. Can we put a list together and help this group take photos and submit as part of Wiki Loves Monuments 2017?
The advantage of putting a list together now for Guatemala is that we can take the photos from Flickr this year, and we also will have a list that can make the work of organizing Wiki Loves Monuments in the future easier. :)
Please share your ideas, pointers, etc. :)
Thanks, Lily
The Ministry of Culture and Sports submit sites for World Heritage consideration http://whc.unesco.org/en/tentativelists/1752/, they are likely the government department who compile a national list of sites. Not having much luck with Googling, can a Spanish speaker help?
Thanks
John

Hi all:
I'm just googled in Spanish (my native language) and I can't found an official result from any local ministry. The most near-to-be-acceptable is from the Guatemala City Municipality webpage[1] where identifies the monuments from the city. The Spanish Wikipedia (official language at Guatemala) is lacking information about Guatemala monuments[2].
I can't remember an active user from Guatemala (or Central America) who can help us, but I'll ask for help to my Iberocoop colleagues if someone knows an active user of the country.
Regards!
