Doesn't anybody release their photos CC0 or public domain around here? There are actually quite a few editors at en:WT:NRHP who do, including myself. Unfortunately, none of us competed last year in WLM (afaik). You really only need 1 pic from WLM that's pd for the top of the stack. As far as the pictures on the bottom of the stack, since they are barely visible, you can use any of mine at http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:Smallbones (or any of mine period without attribution). None of the winners from last year - from all the countries - was a Wikipedian? We could ask him/her to release his picture. In portugal the only case was our 7th place - this picture: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Ponte_romana_Chaves_01.jpg
