This is essentially an interview with Adrienne, explaining how the contest works (who and what can upload) and what are general goals (getting pictures because professional photographers are not willing to release their pictures under free license, and attracting more users, though she claims French Wikipedia is steadily growing in terms of the users, but in other languages, this is a problem). Obviously contains the statement that France is at the head of the contest. Also, the articles contains some explanations on the freedom of panorama issue.
