Hi,
We have 2 jurors who reported that the tool shows only a small set of photo's and then repeats this set. 1 juror got stuck at 65%, the other at 15,2%. They both tried logging out and start over, but the problem still exists.
Can you advise?
Kind regards,

Hi,
Same here, at least one juror stuck at 55% for WLM France.

Here I cannot even log in. The first time I clicked on log in, it redirected me to OAuth, which I approved. Now I'm back in Montage and when I click on log in, nothing happens.

Hi!
If you were using Internet Explorer, try another browser. We noticed this last year with one of our judges. Not sure if I reported it.
Tried Internet Explorer just now - it is not working while Google Chrome works just fine.

Hi!
We tried several browsers, but unfortunately it didn't help. But we will try Chrome again, maybe it wil help :-)

Hi all, just to be on the same page: - jurors are voting using Yes/No buttons and they see the same images over and over. - are they using "Skip / vote" later button?
Cheers, P.

I don't think they used the skip/vote later button.
Good news - 1 juror did manage to finalise the voting now!
Cheers, Denise

That's good, we updated Montage app yesterday, so it's nice to hear.

Ok yes I am using IE for the error of log in I mentioned. I cannot try another browser from here unfortunatly.
Thank you,

Maybe add a warning that it does not work with IE, so I wouldn't had to look around and try several times.
Thanks,
JP
