Hello everybody,
I need help with the lists. I've been having some problems trying to gather the lists from the cultural institutions because of different reasons(lack of interest, no lists available, etc)
I wonder if I can include any official list in case any of the organizations that have the lists can contact the international organizing team.
Is it feasible, doable, posible?

I'm unsure what exactly you mean with your question. Do you want to give contact details of the international team to the local institutions? (I guess that would be OK with me, but I'm unsure if it would be helpful).
What kind of list would you otherwise like to include?
Is there any way we (or South-American chapters?) can help you to get the institutions to become more helpful? I could for example give the embassy a call, if you think that would help.

Thanks Lodewijk. To clarify, I'd like to add an official email to get in contact with the International Team to the letter of invitation I want to send to the cultural institutions. It's possible they write to check if we're truly participating in a world wide photo contest, so I thought it could be a good addition to the letter to suggest that they can get in contact with the International Team if they find it necessary. Just that. I appreciate the offer to disclose your personal contact details, but I don't think it's necessary. Does the Team have a contact email?
