No, the special uploader will stop to insert the wiki loves monuments template at that time (or whatever decided) so they won't participate anymore, but you can still use the uploader to upload monuments easier.

No. People will be able to continue uploading with the upload campaign, but it won't add {{Wiki Loves Monuments 2012|ua}} any more.
Moreover, we will change the top template to a thank you message.

No. People will be able to continue uploading with the upload campaign, but it won't add {{Wiki Loves Monuments 2012|ua}} any more.
