A heads up: We plan to use global notice in September for promotion of Wiki Loves Monuments 2011. The plan: * The banners will be up the month September in European countries * First we set up a catch all European banner in all European countries and in a lot of languages to point at http://www.wikilovesmonuments.eu * Countries set up their own country based banner (based on the European one) which points to their local website and remove themselves from the catch all European banner

This way each everyone in Europe will get a WLM notice, either pointing to the European site or to a local one. This will attract a lot of people.
