Hey folks,
I have created a template for the UNESCO world heritage sites on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Antarctic_Protected_Area_row . Could some people review it if I missed anything? I would like to see lists like http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_World_Heritage_Sites_in_Africatransform....
I would like to include both the information from the existing lists, and from the website of UNESCO: http://whc.unesco.org/en/list . Take for example http://whc.unesco.org/en/list/211 , which includes information we don't have currently at Wikipedia such as ref_number and coordinates.
Your help would be appreciated: * Check whether everything works properly * Like in the current lists, the background color should be changed if the site "in danger". I created the parameter "in_danger" for this. * Find a way to harvest the information from the lists on Wikipedia * Find a way to harvest the information from the UNESCO website * Find a way to combine these informations * Find a way to produce the lists from this
Anything I missed? Your help is appreciated!

Oh, and one more question I couldn't solve: what ISO code should I use to identify as country in the link to the database? I have to fill one in on the toolserver link on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:UNESCO_World_Heritage_Site_row .

We could use UN (an un-assigned code in ISO_3166), although if we want to play safer, we can use XU (user-assigned).
XU sounds like a good plan to me - if that works with the database. We could even make it XU-UNESCO.

The right link is by the way http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:UNESCO_World_Heritage_Site_row for the template. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Also put the question up here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_World_Heritage_Sites...
Thanks to Maarten I squeezed a few more errors out. I still would like to add the region_ISO somehow. Any help on the other questions still very welcome!
