Following a discussion about not being able to link from central notice to websites which allow third parties to track the visitors (eg. a website has Google Analytics installed -> Google can track the visitors to that site), I have performed a quick review of which WLM websites embed code from a third party. I am considering third-party a webserver controlled by someone else than the WLM organiser group, another chapter or the WMF. So it is ok to include an image from your own website, wikilovesmonuments.org or upload.wikimedia.org, as is to include the international piwik stats server javascript. But it would not be ok to include facebook javascript for instance. The WLM skin includes a dead image to www.visuelya.de, which should really not be there.
