It is the definition we want to use ourselves. The definition I'd think is fair is 'all images that contested to be nominated for the international round'. So if it was a valid submission for the national contest to be nominated, it should count.

I remember nothing closed before something like 0:30 CET, I took a copy of the category at 0:00 (which is somewhere in the mails here), there where quite some uploads at that last one or 2 ours, depending on how you count I estimate numbers between 155.000-175.000 (but you need an exact one). Did you get any limits on the timeframe from the Guiness records? Or did we decide on any official closing times? Because I believe this was, as far as judging pictures went, not really that strict. The times stated here seem to be logical closing times indeed. Mvg, Bas
