For Spain you listed many files by Joancreus, most of his contributions were flickr uploads (supposedly on time on flickr). You also listed User:Wiki-Bot uploads. Those are definitely ok.
It is up to local organizers to check if they are valid for any reason that Guiness' agents can verify, otherwise the template WLM 2011 should be removed.
IMHO it is ok to keep it for images which *intended* to participate in the contest, even if they missed the deadline for a few hours. "This image was uploaded as part of Wiki Loves Monuments 2011."
I'll try to make a list with our monument images.
Maybe some organizers are not currently reading this mailing list. Note that some users are still uploading images with WLM 2011 template. They should be advised that the 2011 edition is closed.
Indeed. I recently did a bot run removing the {{Wiki Loves Monuments 2011|es/es-cat}} template from 321 recently uploaded images [1]
