Wikimedia Philippines' Eugene Villar (who's coming to Berlin for the
Chapters Meeting) is also OSM Philippines president. I think he'd also be
going to Japan.

Just for your interest (it is not an answer to
Lodewijk).
In 2011 SotM was in Vienna, and Wikimedia Hungary has offered to cover the
participation costs of a member of the Hungarian Open Street Map
Community[1]. Participant was NaTToMi, and his report available here[2] (in
Hungarian).

Hola,
I know - too many abbreviations! Considering the Wiki Loves Monuments
interest Open StreetMap, I was wondering if anyone involved in this is
going to the State of the Map conference in Tokyo this September. It is
basically their Wikimania and would be a nice outreach. It would be too
late to get anything done, but if we get a nice implementation going, might
be worth it in the long run.
