Switzerland stil have't decide whether or not we will have a WLM2013, but having the possibility to use Wikidata instead of list in different wikipedia could influence a lot our choice.
I think that it depends on the choice of any Wikipedia community (which for Switzerland is a particular mess, since you have data in Italian, French and German Wikipedia; I should add :D )
