I am confused however. It says on that page that the bot was running this
year, but in fact it wasn't approved. What gives?
Do you need to run it again for the statistics? If so, can you open a new
request detailing this? I will definitely support it! (and encourage anyone
else on this list to do so as well—these are critical statistics for the
competition as far as I see it).

Yes, that was my tool, Ynhockey, running on the toolserver.
I was going to attempt running it again this year, but didn't have much
time and there were some issues with the bot approval:
