[Wiki Loves Monuments] Today: start: what you need to know/do

Hello all, At the end of today Wiki Loves Monuments starts in most countries. I have already noticed that not all countries in the list have done a part of all their preparations. If a country is not ready, I try to contact the local organizers and then they have the possibility to fix the raised issue(s). As long as a country is not ready, no CentralNotice will be shown locally.
