I have just written to Tasty Labs, asking them about their wrong use of the name ("Wikipedia Loves Monuments"), the lack of attribution and any mention of the CC-BY-SA 3.0 licence, and their plans of moving the pictures to Commons.
It looks to me that their intention is good (helping Wikipedia), but they missed some points that we, Wikimedians, tend to give more importance than the Average Joe (or Joe Bloggs if you prefer British English).
