For what it's worth, I don't think this is a good idea. The English Wikipedia article — with all due respect — lacks proper external references (there are /no references at all/ in the "Contest rules" section) and even contains misleading information, for instance about the Wikimedia Foundation sponsoring "WLM websites".
That's a SOFIXIT rather than don't create such an article surely?
