article. Maybe you can find someone else to help you with the
improvements you think the article needs.

(there are /no references at all/ in the "Contest rules" section) and

contains misleading information, for instance about the Wikimedia
Foundation sponsoring "WLM websites".
That's a SOFIXIT rather than don't create such an article surely?
