But this will be very hard to promise, there will always be a few (or more) sites not
showing the banner. So a promise on this is hard to give to the partner for all countries
participating.

That looks ok to me, for as long as we keep to choose the size and
location on our website where to show them.
Also, make sure they provide the logo files with an explicit license
statement allowing us to use their logo in pages/materials related to WLM.
