It's a "formal" decision of the local government of the town of Pavia (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pavia) to renounce to the Italian law
protecting monuments (D.Lgs 42/2004) in order to give to all
participants
of Wiki Loves Monuments the possibility to take
photos of monuments
listed
in the document.
In addition this a permanent decision, it means that also in future
these
monuments are under CC-0 license of Creative
Commons.
This is a first small success of the outreach activity of Wikimedia
Italia
within the Wiki loves Monuments activity.
