Hi all. We will be joining Wiki loves monuments in Jordan this year for the first time. We have made a small team of local Wikipedians who are interested in organization, and we plan to collaborate with a number of local photography groups and societies. There is no monuments list yet, as there is no governmental interest/concern in releasing such things to public, but I hope we will be able to get one from the ministry of culture. The website is yet to be created :)
Hope everybody a good luck, of course, including us!
Thank you,Abbad.
Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I've been told recently that there's a possibility new WordPress theme would be created for use during WLM 2013.. Does anybody have any idea when it will gone available?

Hi there,
Please find the information in the link below.
http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Wiki_Loves_Monuments_2013_in_Thai…
Registration of wikilovesmonuments.th is not allowed. (THNIC admits
.th registration only third-level domain under seven groups of
predefined second-level domains. Strict registration rules make the
risk of cybersquatting extremely low. There is currently no chapter
in Thailand and small grant may be asked.
The rationales behind Wiki Loves Monuments in Thailand is twofold:
* we wish to recruit more volunteers
* we wish to start a high-impact outreach activity that strengthen the
movement to pave the way for chapter registration.
Many thanks,
Taweetham
