Hey All,
After providing a tool for collaboratively editing a published video on a
Wikipedia page itself, we at VideoWiki
<https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/VideoWiki> are moving to the next stage
where we will be building a collaborative annotation tool that will allow
Wikimedians to collaboratively "*annotate, edit, and translate*" any text
in a video (*in-video text*), thereby allowing for users to remix, re-use,
and translate any video into multiple languages.
The aim of the project is to make collaborative editing of videos possible,
and consequently see an improvement of video content in the Wikimedia
Universe.
