I'm very happy to announce that the Affiliations Committee has recognized [1] the Wikiesfera Grupo de Usuarixs [2] as a Wikimedia User Group. The group aims to identify and correct gaps in knowledge representation, and to increase the number of editors who belong to minorities, underrepresented groups, and other social groups who have not had access to information technologies in Spain.
