I am pleased to announce that the Quarterly Report for Fiscal Year
2015-2016 Quarter 2 - covering October-December 2015 - is now
available on Wikimedia Commons:

A blog post outlining some highlights from the report and a wiki
version of the report are coming soon. However, given the report
itself is already behind schedule, we wanted to get the final PDF
version out as quickly as possible.
We are already working on improvements to the Q3 report process to
address these delays. Some of the delays, to be honest, were related
to the recent challenges the organization has been facing. I am
personally confident that the delay with this report will not be an
ongoing issue, but did want to both offer apologies and confirmation
that we are working to fix the problem.
I should also note that this particular report is an aggregate, which
is why emphasis was placed on getting the Quarterly reviews content up
sooner. So put another way, this report summarizes and makes available
more conveniently information which we prioritized getting up first.
