The WMF Logos are now all or almost all released under cc-by-sa 3.0 now as well rather then All Rights Reserved. I think you should be fine but if you want to be double sure you can email trademarks@wikimedia.org with what you're thinking and they are very good at getting back to you.

I thought that WMF logos can be used freely within the projects, however that's arranged legally, and thought it was strange that this would be an exception.
You can use Wikimedia trademarks on a Wikimedia site without asking anyone. See here: https://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Trademark_policy#trademark-allowed
