Fae, In retrospect having a big box for the expenses claims was not the best idea and that was one reason we did an email chase up a while back. I am sure your claim will be dealt with properly and quickly. Please get it to us ASAP. Jon

Thanks Jon,
I put my claim in to the box with all other expenses forms from volunteers in the Wikimania control room, I think on the day before the UK chapter AGM. It would be a remarkable coincidence if the only claim the chapter has lost, was also from the only volunteer in the history of Wikimedia UK who has had their membership payment rejected by you.
I'll reconstruct my claim and email it in. As my original claim of £14 was a friendly under-estimate of my travel costs, I expect this version will be larger.

PS We have checked, as we prioritised volunteer expenses naturally. We cannot find your claim - how was it sent? Can you re-submit?
If anyone else has had problems let me know.

Apologies - we have been dealing with literally hundreds of payments. We has tried to prioritise volunteers in actual fact but if yours has not been paid this needs to be remedied. It is possible that yours has been lost
please contact me directly with the details and I will chase them. Jon
