Hi all,
2016 was another year we had Wiki Loves Monuments contest. In recent years
we can see trend of stop organizing national level of competition in some
countries, mostly due to image coverage completion. We, WLM International
Team, think it's time to do some action, re-evaluate the goals and strategy
Wiki Loves Monuments should take.
Few days ago we decided to request grant from WMF to organize offsite
meeting in February 2017. Our goals and plans you can see on grant page[1].
Your feedback is highly appreciated :). Keep in mind, that if you agree
with the grant request, we invite you to support it in
"Endorsements" section[2].
If you think we forgot about something crucial please let is know. Also,
before the meeting, we will seek for your input regarding future WLM
strategy.
