Hi all
This afternoon on French Wikipedia, user Michiel1972 has beginning a massive upload of data about the heritage buildings of Wallonia. Everything was deleted, due to :
- a massive copyvio of http://lampspw.wallonie.be/dgo4/
- the absence of authorisation about the reuse of the data
(partnership, OTRS pending...)
- some lists were not in French
http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sp%C3%A9cial:Contributions_supprim%C3%A9es/Mich...
Does anybody know this user ?
I've also forwarded this message to Wikimédia France's internal list about WLM, because Belgian people follow it too. -- Benoît Evellin Wikimédia France www.wikimedia.fr
This user is from nl : http://toolserver.org/~vvv/sulutil.php?user=Michiel1972
The copyvio is unclear for me (laws are *generally* in the DP and the database *seems* to come from Belgian laws). Moreover, on nl.wikipedia the articles are still there : http://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lijst_van_beschermd_erfgoed_in_Eupen
But the bad points is that the imports were not clean at all : - not in French - the template were semi-empty and come a little bit from nowhere (http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mod%C3%A8le:En-t%C3%AAte_de_tableau_MC is pretty new) - there was nothing on http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Projet:MH
