Wikis probably aren't the best choice for that. You might want to
look into bug trackers like Bugzilla: there are things like priority,
release deadlines, blocking, assignment, etc. that it handles natively
but no wiki software would normally do.
The extension Travis linked to might work, but it appears not to be
maintained, and is basically welding a screwdriver onto a hammer in
any case: there's a lot of excess stuff in MediaWiki that'll just get
in the way, and more than likely the join will break sooner or later.
