I am writing to inform you of a schedule change for our upcoming conference. The new dates are *February 14-16, 2025*.

Additionally, we intend to invite WMF staff to attend the event, and would like to identify the specific *roles and functions* that UG members believe are essential to attending our conference. Please provide a list of required roles (e.g. developers, coordinators, ...) without suggesting specific individuals.
