I am writing to inform you of a schedule change for our upcoming conference. The new dates are February 14-16, 2025.

Additionally, we intend to invite WMF staff to attend the event, and would like to identify the specific roles and functions that UG members believe are essential to attending our conference. Please provide a list of required roles (e.g. developers, coordinators, ...) without suggesting specific individuals.
