It was proposed in 2016 Community Wishlist to implement the
open-source Internet

Commons and Wikisource (see this phab ticket

A couple of days back, User:Jayprakash12345 has created a tool
<https://tools.wmflabs.org/bookreader/> based on that request (see this
phab ticket <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T240178>). To get a glimpse

I think, we can now start a discussion whether this reader should be the
default reader for Wikisource or Commons replacing the existing reader
which is suitable for pictures but has limitations for viewing book.
