As previously announced, Wikimedia Israel, in cooperation with the Israel Post (postal monopoly of Israel), created a special Wikipedia Tenth Anniversary postmark, which will be put on all postal items passing through a major postal branch in Tel Aviv on the day before the Wikipedia Tenth Anniversary (the 15th is not a working day for the postal authority, unfortunately).

Wikimedia Israel would like to send *every Wikimedia Chapter* a Happy Anniversary postcard with the special postmark. To do that, we need your exact and up-to-date postal address.
