Brasil não poderá participar, pois não teremos tempo hábil para fundar uma associação e promover um evento de âmbito nacional, pois concursos deste porte devem passar por uma série de processos burocráticos legais para ocorrerem, além disto, o grant deste evento está vinculado com o start-up da Wikimedia Brasil.
