The quality of proposals has been high, but there has been a deliberate decision to try and keep the formal program manageable for participants.

That said, the number of sessions accepted is actually not very different from last year's. I can however imagine that the 5-minute grid is confusing, but it is also very hard to avoid, i know from experience. Wikimedians have a tendency to be super specific about how much time they want for their session, and how many presentations they want to split their session into. One way to address this, would be to not report the individual timeslots at all, but only report session blocks and who's in the block - rather than how much time everyone has. That's more a layout matter though.

Also, can I suggest that you break the schedule down in 15 minute periods rather than 5 minutes? It's currently a very long page with a lot of white space to scroll though!
